Saatva Warranty (2024)

Saatva has a 15-year non-prorated warranty on its mattresses. For the first 2 years if your mattress is deemed defective, Saatva replaces your mattress with a brand new one free of charge. In years 3-15, Saatva repairs and recovers your mattress, and the only cost to you is $99 to cover transportation.

Saatva also has something called the Fairness Replacement Option, making warranty issues a thing of the past. With this option, you are allowed to keep your original mattress. In lieu of repairs in years 3-5, you can get a brand new mattress delivered and installed for only 40% of the original price you paid. In years 6-10 it's 60%, and 80% for years 11-15. Unlike many other companies warranties, Saatva's warranty remains valid if the mattress has been used on a platform bed.
