Purple mattress warranty

Purple provides a 10-year limited warranty on all their mattresses. Within this time frame, Purple will replace or repair you mattress if it's defective due to faulty workmanship or materials. Any indentation greater than 1" or breakdown of the materials inside the mattress is covered under this warranty.

However, there are certain things that void this warranty, including:

• Mattress wasn't purchased in the USA by Purple or a Purple-authorized retailer

• You aren't the original purchaser/owner

• Mattress was used exclusively for a medical patient

• If you place the mattress on anything other than a firm, flat, non-spring foundation

It's worth noting that the zippered cover on any of the Purple mattresses is only warranted for 2 years from the original date of purchase. The 10-year warranty only applies to the mattress itself.

Any repairs or replacements approved by Purple under this warranty are covered solely by Purple. However, any transportation and inspection costs are the responsibility of the purchaser (you).

To file a warranty claim, the original proof of purchase (with date) is required. Also, the warranty document and the law tags from the mattress are all required to submit a valid warranty claim.
