If you make a purchase in-store, over the phone, or through online chat, you have the option of choosing your level of red carpet delivery service. Pricing can range from free, up to $199.99. If a delivery is missed, a $99.99 redelivery fee is required before a second attempt is scheduled.

How To Have A Mattress Delivered At Mattress Firm  ‍

Mattress Firm has a tier-system in place for all their deliveries, called the red carpet delivery service.  

• 1st level: Silver service (FREE) This service is free and includes delivery to the front door or garage.
• 2nd level: Gold service ($99.99) This service includes setup of mattress and box spring, removal of old mattress, clean up of packing material, and can be carried up 3 flights of stairs  
• 3rd level: Platinum service ($149.99) This service includes everything in gold AND can be carried up 5 flights of stairs, setup of adjustable bases or additional furniture purchased, and delivery and setup of up to 3 mattress sets.
• 4th level: Diamond service ($199.99) Includes everything from all tiers, plus receive the option to choose your preferred 2-hour delivery window at time of purchase.

Mattress Firm does not ship to PO boxes, Alaska or Puerto Rico. If you are shipping to an address in Hawaii, contact customer service directly for delivery options.

Mattresses typically leave the warehouse 3-5 days after purchase, and can take an additional 3-5 days to arrive at your door.
