Ghostbed has a 20-year limited warranty on its mattresses. The warranty covers defects of materials or craftsmanship (any visible and lasting indentations greater than 1 inch). During the first 10 years, if the mattress is deemed defective, Ghostbed is responsible for repair or replacement, less any transportation costs. From year 11 through 20, repair of the mattress comes with a handling cost to the owner. Replacement of the mattress comes at a prorated charge of the purchase price plus any transportation costs.
